Welcome to a new series of book recommendation posts!

I’ve been meaning to do short recs like this for a long time now, but never actually gotten around to organizing myself enough to pull it off. I wish I could devote more time to book blogging, but my writing schedule doesn’t really permit that at the moment, so I asked myself, what can I do?

The first thing that came to mind was reviewing titles I read and loved on Bookbub as soon as I wrapped them up (you can check those out here, and make sure to follow me if you want to receive them in your inbox). Still, I guess that part of me that loves being engaged in the reader side of the community wanted more. I mean, who doesn’t love stumbling upon a recommendation or two? I know I picked up a lot of excellent books that way I wouldn’t have otherwise found.

That’s where this little trial comes in. The books will be broken down by sub(genre), just a bunch of no-frill recommendations, and maybe, sometime in the future, I’ll be able to expand them into more elaborate posts.
